Pear Tree Cottage nestles in tree-lined gardens, within easy distance to Castle Cove beach and picturesque Weymouth harbourside (approx.1 mile from the town centre). All the accommodation is fully furnished throughout and very spacious with ample off road parking. On the ground floor there is a lounge, dining room, kitchen with washing machine and a WC / bathroom. A double bedroom, a double bed with single bedroom and a small single bedroom with WC adjacent are situated on the first floor.

1. •    Comfortably furnished and equipped throughout.
   

2. •    All bedding and linen is provided. The beds being made up ready for your arrival.
   

3. •    Please note towels are not provided.
   

4. •    The Cottages are ready for occupation by 2 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
